FUNCTION
Capture image of product (ex: wafer/HD slider/ lead frame) from the incoming tray/pallet/carriers.

Perform inspection and checking based on criteria/specification provided by customer.

Sort out BAD/FAIL unit to separate tray.

Detectable defect area: 1.300 micron and above.
