FUNCTION
Index and Cut adhesive from reel (Cutting length accuracy: +/- 10.00 mil).

Apply adhesive onto Pre-heated Row-tool (Placing accuracy: +/- 5.00 mil).

Apply Pressure onto the Adhesive.

Peel off paper from adhesive.

Apply Precision fixture onto Row-tool.

Bar Placement module
- Pick up one Bar from the bar tray.
- Read the OCR on the Bar.
- Read the barcode No# on the Row tool.
- Place the bar onto the Row tool (accuracy: +/- 1.00 mil).

FEATURES
Apply Weight onto the row tool.

Row tool is subjected to curing through heating tunnel (Infra Red oven with 0 to 200 C).

Weight and Precision fixture are removed and Row tool is subjected to Second curing through heating tunnel.

Row tool with bar is placed onto the Output platform.
