FUNCTION
Pick up the product ( example: wafer/HD slider) from the incoming tray/pallet/carriers.

Pick up tip is equip with Spring-loaded system to prevent slider damaged.

Capture the OCR/serial number of the product.

Vision system for OCR/Serial number identification/product surface view checking/inspection.

High resolution IEEE 1394 firewire Digital camera. 

Slider orientation detection camera system with Slider placing disposition correction system (correct the slider orientation before placement to eliminate chip and crack) and double slider detection system (detect slider sitting on another slider before pick up).

High magnification [up to 150x] lens, smallest detectable defect: 3.00 micron.

Customize software (allow data to be shared by customer database system) and software library.
